How does the Ecofiltro work?<\/p>\n
The Ecofiltro consists of a 1.5-litre filter unit and a 3.5-litre storage reservoir. Together that gives a total capacity of 5 litres.<\/p>\n
The water is filtered gently in stages. So the filter doesn't process 5 litres at once, but works in natural cycles so that clean drinking water is always available.<\/p>\n
At first the Ecofiltro filters about 1 to 2 glasses of water per hour. As the pores of the filter open further, this increases to about 0.5 litres per hour.<\/p>\n
